Cancelation policy

We value your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that appointments are available for all clients, we have a cancellation policy in place.

Deposit Application: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit amount will be credited toward your first treatment.

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time failure to do this will result in a '“no show”.

No Refund: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment or cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time. However, repeated rescheduling may be subject to our discretion.

Repeated No-Show Policy: We value your time and our team's availability. To maintain fairness and the quality of our services, we have a Repeated No-Show Policy: If you failure to attend 3 or more appoints over the course of 12 months we may consider suspend your ability to book a service.
